Capabilities
Most customers arrive with a single bracket and leave with the whole assembly. Every process below runs in the same building, so the datum carries from the first cut to the last bolt.
Three, four and five axis milling plus turning to Ø400 mm, for prototypes and production runs up to 100,000 parts a year.
Laser cutting, forming and welding for brackets, chassis and enclosures, delivered with hardware installed and finish applied.
We assemble, test, label and pack, so the box that reaches your line goes straight to the bench without a sorting step.
Jigs, checking fixtures and stamping dies cut in house, so the production run starts on the right datum instead of on a guess.
We quote a date. We hold the tolerance. We send the report that proves it.
Process
No sales calls before you get a number. The quote is the first thing we produce, and it comes with the risks we found in your file.
STEP, DXF, PDF or a sketch with dimensions. If your program needs it, we sign a mutual NDA before a single file moves.
Within 48 hours you get a fixed unit price, a ship date we can hold, and a short list of what in the drawing will cost you money.
We cut the first article, measure it on the CMM and send the report with the sample. Once you sign, the same fixture runs the lot.
Quality
We work to an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and measure against the drawing, not against the last part we made. If a number is out, you hear it from us before the box opens.
How we inspectPrograms
Four numbers decide the price of a part: material, volume, tolerance and the paperwork you need behind it.
Illustrative of typical scope. Customer names and drawings stay under NDA.
FAQ
Still missing something? Write to sales@vorlixtools.com and a process engineer replies, not a form letter.
STEP or IGES for 3D work, DXF for sheet parts, and a PDF for anything with a tolerance block. A dimensioned sketch is enough for simple turned parts. Send files to sales@vorlixtools.com or attach them through the quote form.
48 hours for machined parts and tooling. Three to five days for assemblies that mix fabricated parts with a finish and a test specification.
One piece for a prototype. Production pricing starts to make sense from 50 to 100 units, depending on how much setup the part needs.
±0.005 mm on turned features, ±0.01 mm on milled features, ±0.1 mm on formed sheet and ±0.2 mm on welded frames. Tighter than that is possible, and we will tell you what it costs before you order.
Aluminum 6061 and 7075, stainless 303, 304, 316L and 17 4 PH, brass C360, titanium grade 5, plus POM, PEEK and polycarbonate. Anything else is sourced against the order with the mill cert attached.
Yes. Send the agreement you already use or sign ours, and files move after that. We do not publish customer names, drawings or part photos without written approval.
You get the measurement, the likely cause and the containment plan within one business day. Parts are remade or credited per the purchase agreement, and the report is added to the lot record.
DHL and FedEx for samples, air and sea freight for production. We quote EXW, FOB and CIF, and pack to your labeling specification when you have one.
Next step
You get a design review, a fixed price and a ship date within 48 hours. If the part is a bad fit for our floor, we say so and point you somewhere better.
