We started because too many good drawings ended up in a box with no measurement behind them. Vorlix Tools exists to make the report as reliable as the part.
Our floor runs machining, sheet metal, assembly and tooling in one building in Dongguan. That matters less for price than for handoffs: when a welded frame needs a machined pad, both happen under one route card, and the datum does not get renegotiated between suppliers.
How we inspect
Every program starts with a first article, ballooned against the drawing and measured on a Zeiss Contura. Production lots are sampled against the control plan, and the report ships with the parts.
We work to an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Material certificates are matched to heat numbers and archived with the lot record for seven years.
Who we work with
Hardware teams between the prototype and the production order: robotics, medical devices, electric vehicle components, industrial automation and instrument makers. Most programs start at 10 to 50 units and settle between 2,000 and 40,000 a year.
How we quote
Price comes from features, material and tolerance, in that order. If a drawing has a feature that costs more than it is worth, you get that note in the same message as the price, not after the purchase order.
